Maniaj.com will provide delivery service to Hong Kong region. For delivery service, please make sure you fill the contact name, telephone number and delivery address.

Customer can also choose self-pick up service in order to have more flexible pick up time.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail account after the pick up date is confirmed by maniaj.com, please come to pick up within one month after notification. Shop opening hours marked as above.

Delivery service

Residential area/commercial building delivery

Delivery charge will be free for every single order amount equal or overHKD350.00.

Delivery charge

Maniaj.com determines delivery charge by delivery address and order amount. Every single order which less than HKD350 before discount, delivery charge would be HKD55.Delivery charge will be paid together in the process of purchasing. Please note that membership points will not be gained by delivery charge.

Payment currency and rate

Maniaj.com use HKD as the standard set up price, payment currency will be based on the currency that set by your region’s credit card. If your credit payment currency is RMB, then RMB will be paid through maniaj.com online shopping finally. If payment is made outside Hong Kong region, the total amount will be converted and adjusted to corresponding region currency by exchange rate of HKD set up price. Please confirm the final price before settle the payment.


Delivery arrangement

Order will be delivered within 3 business days after order confirmed (The latest will be within 5 business days). For reserved order, it will be delivered within 5-7 business days (The latest will be within 10 business days). Lead time may be varied base on every unique product, please read carefully in product specification page.

** For self-pick up customer, please pick up your products after delivery date confirmation e-mail notification. Normally, e-mail will be sent within 3 business days, the longest will be 5-7 business days. Please come to pick up within two weeks. If any enquires, please e-mail to info@maniaj.com for further information.


Besides, some products may have delay on delivery in case of stock shortage or unexpectedly large quantity of orders. A notification will sent to your registered e-mail once we have the delay delivery information.

You are free to chase your parcel status base on the tracking number by using tracking system.


Order confirmation mail

Once order is paid, we will send e-mail to your registered e-mail, it will include order confirmation & membership points information (member only). A separate e-mail with parcel tracking number will be sent to you. You can check the parcel status by using the tracking number through Yamato’s webpage.
