It took the resurgent Ohmine Brewery about eight years to acquire the rare "Aishan", also known as the diamond of sake rice. The bottle design is a collaboration with artist Kosuke Kawamura. The rice grain logo is reconstructed from the collage of Kawamura's masterpiece and will be a new rice grain logo expressing the innovation of the old industrial system.
