Authentic plum liqueur, made from whiskey brewed and blended locally (Wakatsuru Distillery), and pickled with green plums from local Toyama Prefecture (Inaizumi City, Himi City). It has a light plum aroma and an elegant taste and can be consumed neat, on the rocks, with soda or hot water.
